Service Agreement

By engaging Gate City Radiator & Welding for automotive radiator repair and welding services, you agree to the following terms:

Services and Pricing

All services are provided based on the most current repair standards and techniques. Pricing for services is:

• Based on the current condition of your radiator
• Subject to change without notice
• Quoted after initial inspection
• Payable upon completion of work

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and provide the following:

• 90-day warranty on all radiator repairs
• 30-day warranty on welding work
• Full replacement of defective parts if needed
• No charge for labor if repair fails within warranty period

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the vehicle
• Removing personal items from vehicles
• Payment of services rendered
• Notification of any issues post-service

Liability

Gate City Radiator & Welding is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage not related to radiator repair
• Personal items left in vehicles
• Damage due to mechanical issues unrelated to our work
• Normal wear and tear of repaired components

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:

• Cash
• Personal checks (with valid identification)
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
